I understand the entrepreneurial spirit of a small business and appreciate the difficulties facing small businesses to enter the government market as well as the aerospace and defense industries. I further, understand the issues they face when they export their products and services for the first time.

My focus is preventative and helps minimize disputes and adverse situations.

My Experience

With over 15 years of business acumen, I have rolled my sleeves up and worked in operations area prior to becoming a lawyer. I have over 20 years of experience working with Government and Commercial Contracts, for Defense Contractors, Commercial and Consulting companies. However, I keep returning to the Defense industry. I am a Certified Federal Contracts Manager and Certified Professional Contracts Manager and a Certified Score Mentor. I am also, a member of National Contracts Managers Association, National Defense Industrial Association and New Hampshire Aerospace and Defense Export C. I understand that “Your Time and Money are valuable” and efficiency is key – a nod to my prior business learning. I am very approachable and people oriented. I am passionate about:
